Poloticians around the world have been trying to set a trend to save the enviroment and although flimsy poloticians keep coming up with ways to tax gas guzlers whether they are airplane flights or the common work person speeding off to drop their kids off, the industry leaders haven't really made any long term efforts to stop pollution.
The fact is that the world is suffering from enviromental pollution and will continue as long as politicians keep coming up with ways to cash in on our ignorance. The common person is being led to believe that it's the government that will lay out a plan to deminish polution. It would be much better if the leading industries, i.e. oil and gasoline could be replaced by other industies to help lower the emissions going into the atmosphere, after all it is the industries that have the funding to explore new technologies.
